I love the outdoors. Warm fires on a cold night. Warm hearts, any day. Babies fascinate me, as do little children and, the elderly who've reached their old age without bitterness. Who don't fear death which they know could come (will come) any day. In these I often see unadulterated joy, humility and innocence. Things of great value which can not be purchased with money or gotten by good deeds. They are gifts from God.
We are born with these traits. It seems as we grow older often especially during our teen years when things can get really complicated we lose touch with the natural joy that is born in us. Our innocence lost, etc.
These things can be regained as we seek God. I see it, innocence, unadulterated joy, in babies, little children, the elderly (who are not bitter) who carry heavens hope. It's a purity of heart.
Blessed be the pure of heart for they will see God.
Purify my heart oh, Lord!

Hi Ray,
So nice to hear from you. I am doing well. Just got back from singing in a production of "Saviour" and oratorio for Palm Sunday. It was an awesome experience. Still working on finalizing what to record. It is a long process. Taking baby steps. How are you doing? What's happening in your life?
