I really digg the Horrorcore style, as Im a huge fan slasher flicks. So, being able to incorperate horror-influenced lyrics with my battle-esque rhymes, was something that I thought was mad dope. This verse was originally just a freestyle I had, much like Jay-Z's "22 Twos", that I'd pull out of my arsenal & kill it everytime. I dropped this verse on Big-D's Unsigned Hype Radio Webcast & got the dopest reaction. I immediatly started looking through beats, & finally settled on Eminem's "3 AM" instro. The first 4 bars of my verse reminded me of his, so I thought it would be a perfect match. Again, as the big horror fan I am, I flipped his use of "it puts the lotion in the bucket, it puts the lotion on the skin" from Silence of the Lambs, to my use of "All work & no play/Makes Jae a dull boy" from The Shining.
