Born at an early age, I was just a kid at the time....from there memory escapes me, until 2000 or 2001 when I decided to teach myself guitar. In order to teach myself guitar, I took to writing songs. From there, I added bass and occasionally, harmonica and a small touch of electric guitar. Not much of a performer, but I love to experiment writing songs. So, it's nine or ten years into it so far....and I've only scratched the surface with tons to learn. Maybe, you'll find something you like on the nearly three pages, I've loaded so far....Comments are welcome, I don't expect all comments to be favorable, but objectively constructive.
I make no claims of being a performer....I just give it my best with what little that I've taught myself both musically and in songwriting. All songs are either written, played and sang by myself or my attempt at covering a song by my favorite artists.

Dear Wade
That ol' house was probably built on dreams.
But that ol' business Man, He don't know what that means!
There might have been a swing the kids played on all day.
But tomorrow morning,
those wall paper people will take it all away!
Scarey. Oh my gosh the thoughts going through my head with this cool song. Bravo!, Mr. Farlowe!

Just thought Id drop by Wade. Nothing worse than a haunted house. But this is a good song about one of them.

Hi Wade,
This is among your best productions. Crystal clear. This must be the season. A lot of very imaginative halloween songs being put together. Again your lyrics are excellent and you really channel Dylan well. Great ending. Now I really liked the bass sound you are getting and you started to walk and then seemed to stop. LOL! But a solid good listen and again fine fine production! Thanks Wade for all your support of my stuff. With winter coming i am hoping to get more productive. Seems like you have a never ending reserve of great lyrics to draw on.
Again nice work.

Hi Wade
That was so sweet of you to drop by and
listen to my new songs...I appreciate that and your votes
I am glad you liked The Best Thing...Jerry was a good vocalist..He and I did a couple of duets together
He lived 300 miles from me close to Ft worth
Ive been listening to "The House" I think we lived in that house one time :)
Hugs

Bass and guitar and crystal clear country music voice- its perfect. Im alway impressed of your kind of interpretation. ITs expressive but so harmonic with the structure of the song. It seems your feeling to put the things together is without any mistake. Its a pleasure to listen-I really like it. Erik
