This song is personal! I was totally fed up with my husband going raccoon hunting every night with his cousin, Jim. I'd work all week and wanted to spend some time with him on the weekends. However, he'd already have something planned with Jim or one of the guys. Then, when I'd had about all I could stand, he began to court me like before.
