Lyrics
- Radio script - This is the voice of your radio Not the way it is Now, but the way it was Then. Oh, there was music always, But then there was drama And Comedy (-laugh-) And news of the world in a second hand way. I was so popular. No, there wasn't much to do We didn't have computers Hell, there was not even TV Just this large box with a smiley face and knobs. There were no recordings or time shifting For ordinary folk When the Lone Ranger or The Shadow Were to appear You just had to be there Or their moments vanished into the ether. The world was small then As big as your living room Or a voice's shout across the neighborhood. Death was viewed at a funeral parlor All painted up and nice. We did not have your advantage Of seeing it first hand in glorious colors Almost as soon as it occurred. Oh, all the same things happened in the world, But they came to you slowly then In pieces you could handle. Many things remained hidden. Now, nothing is denied to the eye or senses. Aren't you lucky? Aren't you lucky? I'll signoff now. My voice is lost to Time. The warmth of the vacuum tube Has cooled to the thin ice lines Of the digital circuit. My Voice has changed. My Voice has changed. My Voice has changed.

Very unique. I like the script, it's very well written as if the words were chosen in the same manner a painter would choose his paint. I just feel it would've been better without the effects on the voice. If that was saved for the end, it would've made for a much bigger impact.
