Lyrics
lay your head upon my shoulder take breath deep down inside everything will be o.k. now, now that your here by my side. let the minutes claim the hours. let the days take the pain. evrything will be o.k. now, now that your here by my side. if I could I'd take your pain away I'd cut the heart ache out of your soul. I'd clear away all these rainy days and make a rainbow for you. look out your window see the sun rise , the world keeps turning too! seems somehow that it's all changed now, but there's nothing left for you to do. so lay your head upon my shoulder remember all they've left in you, feel their presence all around you just think of all the good they've done anyone who's ever loved has lost it's just a part of what we do. LEAD if I could I'd take your pain away I'd cut the heartache out of your soul I'd break on thru to the other side and let their love shine thru......CHEERS!

Jim, love piano . I love piano sometimes less is better and this is better , the verses really set up the rest of the song , love the guitars , nice sound nice picking and you saved the sizzle lightening for the end of the solo , very cool, everything really nice not over produced but still with a punch ,yeah ,on the lead solo are there tow instruments in unison ? it sounds like a a synth and a guitar on first listen , even on my little computer speakers it sounds reaal y good as usual , still using the same technique in mastering ? I would love to see you play ( thats how I learn new things) ......... good lyrics easy to relate too also goes well with your melody and vocals too. cheers I am posting a new one in a few minutes . wilberniz

Happy New Year, Jim. Hope all is well with your family. "Lay Your Head" is a fabulous composition - I've tried that lyric myself, y'know ;-) Great lyrics, man. Superior production, great arranging, and of course your virtuoso instrumentation is always worth the price of admission. I have a new one up when you get a minute. Your fan, Johnny

Hi,Jimbo! It's not a big celebration here for New Year,-X-mas usually steal the show. The rackets and other explosives, though, are usually put into good use at New Year ,-goes on for hours,-I think I've heard the last "Booms" somewhere round 5 A.M.Well,for X-mas I've been at Erik's-which was pretty nice, but New Year's eve I've just fall asleep long before the comin' of the New Year,-I've got workin' day at 31th of Dec,so I wasn't in celebration mood,..got myself "under influence" despite of that.Pretty harsh policy for D.U.I. in Finland,as well,-charges and other penalities are quite impressive,- one can even end up in jail for that. Very powerful and interesting compositionally song,-Lay your Head-I loved the punchy delivery and lead out-break.Very cool creative beginnin' for the New Year.Hope it will proceed this way. I'm busy with Erik's second CD,-he's determined to release it this year. Best!!!
