Cheers, Everyone! I was born and raised in Germany and moved permanently to the U.S. in 1986. As a young guy (age 18) I've taught myself to play the guitar and soon expanded to other stringed instruments and the piano (well, keyboard!). I've been playing live gigs for years, then took a little break. Soon, I picked up composing and songwriting again. I've been around for music for over 30 years and it still remains one of my biggest passions in life.

Story behind the song
This is a love song by an Italian, unknown artist from the 18th century. Many artist commercialized this song. I think, I like my arrangement/composition to be one of the better ones for those who like to relax. And please, don't forget to vote for this song (either way you see fit) :o)
