Story behind the song
While in my old band Evil Genius, our percussion major drummer, RJ, came to us with this wicked badass tune. He had me playing things I never thought I could. In an attempt to honor that tune in an instrumental, I actually couldn't figure out how to program my drum machine to hit all of the odd signature parts, so I had to cut corners! The first brake's progression is supposed to be 5/4, 7/8, 6/4...but I couldn't program that sucker!!
