Story behind the song
I originally conceived this as a vocal tune with a sax solo thrown in. The opening tenor statement is "Do ya feel me?" Well, being as I can't sing I decided to scrap the vocal part. I had an empty space before the solo and it needed some type of vocal. I thought of Dr. King's speech and it was a natural fit, at least to me. Hope you enjoy it.

Too cool!!! The horns are a killer...oh, yeah...love the riffs. smooth funky groove accentuates the jazz feel...make your body move to the beat....as I said, too cool! Nice touch with MLK... I feel ya.
