Hypnotic, spellbinding ... Kenny Finton sings with a voice as smooth as polished granite. Chaya backs him up and sings her own songs with an Emmylou Harris quality, except you can understand the words Chaya sings.

Lyrics
A hot sun was burning on the twenty-fifth day of June. Robin had a nickel left from trying to peddle his tunes. He was walking down the streets of L.A., looking for a place to play. I know he needed money, but he didn't let it get in the way. Two men stopped him and he knew that something was wrong. He only had a nickel and his pack and his orginal songs. When one man pulled a gun, it glinted in the midday sun. Robin felt a quiver like a big cold river come on. CHORUS: Run, Robin, run, Robin, run, Robin, run! Don't stand still in the sights of a gun. Fly, Robin, fly, Robin, fly, Robin, fly! You know you're gonna make it if you try, Robin, try! (REPEAT INTRO) Adrenalin was pumping as he looked into that old forty-four. Nothing seemed to matter, not the future nor the minute before. He knew they had a moment to spare. He said, "Friend, you know I want to be fair. I've got no money, but I've got a little tune we can share." (REPEAT CHORUS) The one said to the other as Robin showed no signs of fear. "Either this dude's crazy, or I'm gonna buy him a beer." I guess it only goes to show, you really really never know, we need a whole lot of loving and a lot less shoving 'round here. REPEAT CHORUS: CODA: Know you're gonna make it if you try, Robin, try.
