Story behind the song
The chorus of this song was originally written as the bridge of a song called You Might Not. However, the bridge was considered “catchy” enough to warrant it to become a song unto itself. Donnie wrote the original and the transformed versions as Living In The Past. However, the words the chorus were negative so Michael assisted re-writing the chorus to this state. This song was a SAF standard throughout most of the touring years.
