Talula is a published songwriter and poet, and is a beginning artist who has exhibited in juried shows in North Carolina. She is also a performing storyteller and conducts research and workshops on storytelling.Talula has an extensive history of nonprofit service and volunteerism, and has served and led many state and local boards in addition to donating her time generously to organizations that help women and children. She has been a foster parent for at-risk children and has volunteered as a host family for three German exchange students and two adult women refugees from Vietnam and Brazil. She lives in Asheboro, NC with her husband and three children. Two of her songs from her Album " Spirit Of Love" will feature on TSP Country's February Compilation CD which will go out to DJs worldwide for inclusion on the playlists of many AM/FM radio stations.
