I'm not really a band, just a guitar player and singer. I've been singing ever since I could talk. I started out with more pop influences, but turned more country because that's what I am. I am interested in writing hit songs with a good message.

Story behind the song
I just wanted to say something about how relationships of any kind take commitment from both parties. And that each person has to be willing to sacrifice some things or it won't work.
Lyrics
Maybe I changed, maybe you didn’t But somehow we’re not the same Maybe it is, maybe it isn’t My place to place the blame It takes two hearts to make one life And a lifetime to get it right I have hopes and fears, wants and needs That I’m willing to concede, If you’re willing to stay and willing to say, “It’s not about me” It’s not about me, it’s about me and you Loving each other after all we’ve been through Living our lives for the life hereafter Peace and joy and love and laughter What a love this would be If we both could say, “It’s not about me.” Look at us then, look at us now Is anything ever for sure? If we knew when, if we knew how Would it help us change our future? It takes two hearts to make one life And a lifetime to get it right I have hopes and fears, wants and needs That I’m willing to concede, If you’re willing to stay and willing to say, “It’s not about me” It’s not about me, it’s about me and you Loving each other after all we’ve been through Living our lives for the life hereafter Peace and joy and love and laughter What a love this would be If we both could say, “It’s not about me.” You’re part of who I am, so now tell me who I’ll be The whole things in your hands, just remember It’s not about me It’s about me and you Loving each other after all we’ve been through Living our lives for the life hereafter Peace and joy and love and laughter What a love this would be If we both could say, “It’s not about me.”
