You are licensed to exclusively use the beat for any release. Exclusive Rights range from $200-$1,000 per track and up. Beats purchased exclusively are available in session form. 2. NonExclusive Licensing permits you the same rights as Exclusive Licensing, except you are only able to use the beat until it is purchased exclusively. NonExclusive Licensing is intended for people interested in using a beat commercially, but are not able to afford the exclusive rights. 3. Purchasing the right to use a beat on a noncommercial release (demo) is a demo license. Licensing a beat for a demo permits you to use the beat on projects that are NOT commercially released, a prime example being a demo.
