The Con has been part of Philly's underground hip hop community since the mid 80's. Born in North Philly, Jewtown and raised at 7 on the hustling and gangster mantality streets of South Philly. Too young to attend rap shows, he would get in anyway to see the legends at the Wynne in Wynnefield. True to rap songs & culture from legends ranging from "Schooly D" and "Fresh Prince" to "Rakim" embraced his style from life to lyrics. Ask any real head in Philly about who's who when asking about "The Con" aka "lil Chali Mack", aka "Chali Con" and their bound to tell you, don't sleep on The Con's way of getting it in.
