Story behind the song
It was a long drive back to L.A. from San Francisco. I'd recently moved in with my childhood sweetheart. We hooked up after not seeing each other since 9th. grade. 8 years later I found out where she was working, actually managing a Vons store. I went in the back door to surprise her. When she saw me, she dropped a whole flat of eggs, we laughed our ass off. 2 months later I moved from L.A., left my band Vex, and all my friends, quit my job etc. Only to return heart broken a month later after her telling me her big secret..... She likes girls..
