I improvised this piano solo onto a recording (first take) in 2007 using a Sony portable multi-track recorder. Later in 2012, after purchasing a Pro Tools recording system, I notated (transcribed) the piano solo from the recording & then re-recorded it. I've since memorized the music & am able to perform the exact, original improvisation, like a classical piece.
