I got the title for this song from a quote by James S. Stewart: “He knew all men, and required no evidence from anyone about human nature.” But Jesus was much more than a student of His fellow men. He was a lover of men. Through all the tragedy and comedy of life, through all their human foibles and bignesses of soul, through sin and the pitiful consequences of sin, He loved them as only God could love.
