The Pinz is an alternative rock band. Started in 2009 as a punk band, the sound has evolved into what is now an indie rock sound. New music is being showcased and will be recorded soon. Past performances include Times Square for CBGB Fest 2013; Vans Warped Tour 2013; Center of the Universe Festival 2013; NXNE Toronto 2013; First Coast Music Fest 2013; seven showcases during SXSW 2013; CBGB Festival 2012 at Webster Hall with Fidlar; showcases during SXSW 2012; NYC shows with The Dollyrots, Fidlar, I Fight Dragon & MC Lars; a Florida tour with the Dead Kennedys; and sharing the local stage with The Adicts, the White Wives (Chris #2 & Chris Head of Anti-Flag), Voted Most Random, GBH, Eryn Woods, Hey Ocean, and The Fleshtones. Anti-Complacency League EP, produced by David Kalish and Grammy Award-winning producer, Chris Testa, was released June 2012. Teenage Stereotype was released December 2010 and Short on Time EP was released May 2010
