Prince Iam was born on March 14, 1989, in Rockville, Maryland. Raised in a neighborhood with several aspiring musicians, Prince Iam recognized his vocal abilities while attending elementary school and fell in love with music. With encouragement from friends and family; Prince Iam began to write, produce, and record R&B songs.
