Welcome to the music of Carlo D'Anna's Ridiculous Dream music. Also known as "Dream Warrior" in some circles. Influences and music styles ranging from basic to progressive rock, with definite Retro seventies sound. If you enjoy the sound of Moody Blues, George Harrison, Genesis, Dead Can Dance, and others of the same style, more or less, you will probably like this music. I use quite a bit of Mellotron and acoustic fingerstyle guitar as well.

Lyrics
Being a body in flux, I have moved through time on a dime out of touch. Persona's, I've got a few, a writer, a spaceman and a time traveler too. Nowhere, nowhere to hide, I'm as slippery as Vaseline on a slide. Somehow, I'm coming to you, maybe tomorrow for a day or two. You can't know, know what I mean, still working on how to fix my time machine. I'm lost in time, I'm on the run, nowhere to hide, nowhere to run.

Jim Morrison meets the Floyd (with a pinch of the Bonzos for seasoning)! Weird, fun, crazy as hell, and as scifi as it gets - this is great stuff Carlo - another brilliant piece of originality from you and I loved it!
Outstanding Sci-Fi song, Carlo! And a wonderful tribute. Your vocal is especially great as well as the instrumental backing so nicely mixed with the theme.

You always are in a very special world. There is so much happening here that I have to listen more times to get it all and I will do that. It's very creative. You really have thrown yourself into it. Good job!

THE definitive Kigore Trout space wanderer anthem! Smart, creative, and compelling with that indefinable Vonnegut inspired vibe. Outstanding and powerful melody-laden vocal delivery over a wonderful retro-inspired yet mod and unobtrusive psychedelic fused textured backdrop. Killer stuff, genius indeed, dig it a lot!

Very different and alternative style. But also really interesting and fascinating. I might get some new ideas listening to this. The mixing of major and minor in the beginning is a bit of a challenge to my ears, but I love the rest. Especially your vocal performance.

I've only ever read Slaughterhouse Five by Kurt Von Vonnegut. So, I'm unfamiliar with this character. Great intro into an intriguing song. Love the Sci-Fi sounding sounds throughout the song. Could you post the lyrics ? I seem to be having trouble hearing them. Great song nonetheless. I'll listen again and will pick them up.
