Just another singer/songwriter. I play all my own instruments (except drums) and record on a Boss BR1200CD standalone multi-track recorder
Just an old Back To The Land hippie that stuck to his plan.

Excellent song with a very authentic Celtic style. Really enjoyed this one, it's different from what we come to expect from modern music and great to hear such lovely clear tones from the instruments.

I just love the sound of your mountain dulcimer & flute together. I could listen all day long. I think you should do an entire album with this mix of instruments. You are really good at the Appalachian sound. Choice stuff.

Great tune, Charley. Really captures the Celtic flavor. Is that a tin whistle you are playing? It's a happy tune that conjures up images of leprechauns romping thru the forest doin' what leprechauns do. Tks for another good fun song!

haha...this is sooo cute, yes indeed! that flute is what makes it so, to me. it's magical with the chimey sound. everything else works great aswell! fantastic and spirited playing and instrumentation. i can picture a cute and slightly chubby lepercon skipping under and around the giant toadstools and tipping his hat and waving hello to a caterpiller that is working his way down one of the caps, along the way. the lepracon is looking for gold coins almost the size of his own body...and picking them up(one at a time) and putting them in the pot(that's the chime) that spilled over when a beaver knocked a tree down next to the river where the rainbow likes to rest. i thought i heard a rooster at the end too.

Charlie, Simply lovely!!! Catchy and cute all at the same time... Rootsy and straight at you.. Great song! BOB
Charlie, this is a really special song - an outstanding Celtic/Irish tune of classic folk composition. As always, your love of strings is so evident in the "wonderfulness" of your playing - straight from your heart to all of us. Thanks for the memorable song, and the dl. Bob

Excellent composition Charlie! I could imagine a group of square dancers (or other class dancers) dancing the floor to this. Wonderful playing on that dulcimer and flute!

Foot tapping amusing irish-appalache tune. The mandolin and flute melodics are great. Simple and just fantastic !

Oh yes, close your eyes and you're in a pub, downcountry in County Clare, saturday night - perfect celtic feel and beautifully played. Great instruments, toe tapping all the way. 5 stars!

Always a real pleasure to hear you Charlie. Everything about this just blows me away! Awesome work on the *guessing* mandolin and flute, and the percussion was sweet :) Real nice.
