Welcome to the music of Carlo D'Anna's Ridiculous Dream music. Also known as "Dream Warrior" in some circles. Influences and music styles ranging from basic to progressive rock, with definite Retro seventies sound. If you enjoy the sound of Moody Blues, George Harrison, Genesis, Dead Can Dance, and others of the same style, more or less, you will probably like this music. I use quite a bit of Mellotron and acoustic fingerstyle guitar as well.

Very nice sounds and great chord progressions, that have an underlying taste of fear and horror, but still sound very nice and almost hypnotic. The production is awesome, the distorted sounds bring out a sense of illness, something's not right, something bad is about to happen.

this is an amazing piece! i love the old victrola sound you've got going on in the intro. very original and movie soundtrackish. i just have recently learned of the "steampunk" culture! and think it's really cool and creative! just like this beautiful song!! you really make these instruments sing! a great production...very dark and exciting! like a musical train ride :D !! A steampunk lullaby!?! Actually this really works - quirky and so creative, this is a major tune and creates such a dreamlike visual. And those sounds are just awesome! Hats off Carlo this is brilliant, I'll be snaffling this one.

No idea where you were going with this on the intro..then off we go into some Carlodreamstate.

very creative buddy, a dreamworld created.
I feel like I'm making a very long trip on a steam train, somewhere in between 1850 and 1920. Landscapes are passing by and the train just continues. 2:44: A change is coming. Changing direction? And then suddenly we are in another country with a different sound. The train keeps on moving forward. I wish it will never end. Very interesting. Very inspired. Very Carlo. Nice.
