Formed in late 2008, Tyro is the culmination of old friends, ex band mates and a hungover drive home from a wedding. Since their first gig in April 09 the band have hit the ground running and don't intend to stop anytime soon. In just under a year they have recorded a belting 5 track EP at one of the North's finest music studios, had a recommendation in an interview from Lisa Stansfield, supported signed acts and have even been played on BBC Radio. With their fine mix of high energy performances and music you just have to dance to Tyro are sure to show you a good time.
