Well anyway glad to see bush and reagan are being blamed again. Not a mention of Barry O who is turning our military secrets over to the Chinese for free and waging war on American business.
Well believe it or not I agree with some of this. The turnover of our economy to the Chinese goes all the way back to Nixon with that elilte globalist Kissinger. He was/is part of the new World order along with your buddy George Soros. The Republicans and the Democratic hero (Coincidentally morally bankrupt) Bill Clinton embraced NAFTA that huge sucking sound going to mexico of jobs lost. All these practices and people have brought us to our present condition. And if you want to simplify it you can say the Democrats prop up the 49 percent who dont work and are continually wanting illegals made legal to vote for democrats and more handouts. I totally agree with a lot of the comments, especially with Pine's about the disappearance of the middle class which has been acting as a buffer. I see a lot of trouble ahead, you see it in the Arab countries now, people crying for a better life. Great song Roger, I can write forever on this topic, "slightly tainted world??"

The Poet strikes again! This song will probably tick alot of folks off Rodger...but i won't be one of them. If and when the middle class disappears, there will be anarchy...because depserate people do desperate things...and anarchy sucks....and i hope it nevr comes to that. Unions were needed and well intended when created but now have become part of the problem and need to wake up, smell the coffee, and be open to compromise.
USA is in deep do-do and needs an overhaul TOP to BOTTOM. Great song that tells it like it is. Keep at it man...you're on a roll!

Strong words! Appropriate words! Right words at the right time. And a song in a great tradition. Think Seeger, Think Guthrie. And we sure got a reason for writing songs in our time that remember the power of words of that day.
