Halloween is BOTH me & Willow's absolutely FAVORITE holiday!!!! we always shop around and collect random skulls, tomb stones, witches, vampires etc. well, in 2003 we found the cutest little tomb stone that read "Stay Scary" pon it. well, we ALWAYS stay scary, so we just HAD to have it!!! anyhoo that's where the title originates. this is probably the most goofy/poppy song on the album.
