Saw lekzees comment made me want to revisit this one. My original comments cover the 80s sound. But it sounds very good an original from a band you were in ? Neat. Did you know rodz then or just from the click ? Love the sound.

Some of you have said that you're not familiar with the original. Well, you won't be ./ . .ha ha, 'Silent Network' was I band I was in, back in the 1980's ! . . . unless you came to see us play in West Yorkshire back then . :)

Great tune here and a fantastic collab! Driving beat, amazing sound textures through the whole piece and Rodz' vocals are wonderful - sounding lovely and smoky in the lower registers. Very well put together and delivered with style - loved it!

Nice understated but intricate guitar parts all over the place, and a wonderful vocal part from Rodz. Done very nicely indeed :D

Hi David,
Well first of all I am very jealous on your bass! Now the song is a beauty. Definitely hear the 80s sound. Excellent instrumentation and a very catchy tune indeed. And of course I am a fan of Rodz as well and she is sounding great on this. In fact I blame her for me having that clown burned in my brain. LOL! I could not get her tune out of my head. And this one is very compelling as well. Great to hear new/old good music.
P.S. if you get a chance I have a new cover of Needles and Pins with Gabe on Bass and harmonies forgot how it is to have a good musician help out on a song.

Fun, trippy, psychedelic track! I loved the Wiz of Oz "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" reference. Really enjoyed the song overall. :)

You and the band wrote a very good catchy song back in the 80's. Was great to help out on the vox this time around! 5 stars for the music (I won't rate my vox, I'll let everyone else do that, lol).

Stunning!!! The first thing that grabbed me was the production. Great retro vibe feel. Love it. Nice guitar and organ…Cool tight groove…and then there’s Rodz exquisite vocal performance. I adore her singing. Great collaboration guys. Was that the “Somewhere over the rainbow” melody at the end?…Cool!!!

This reminds me of the early 80's and the music that was first appearing on MTV. The instrumentation is top quality and has that retro feel and vibe to it. Rodricas vocal performance is outstanding and fits this song perfectly. Great collaboration here by both of you!
