Honestly I believe that humans are completely neutral. Good and evil are present in all of us, and it's the argument between nature vs. nurture that decides who and what we'll be. Upbringing, social beliefs, cultural beliefs, and even sheer randomness such as genetics? or mental conditions... Basically it's pretty much determined by our ability to cope with what life hurls at us.
