Born and raised in a small town in southern Florida, Juming Delmas had always been interested in the entertainment industry. As a child, he loved to sing and act, but it wasn't until he was in high school that he discovered his true passion for filmmaking.
Juming attended Florida State University where he received his Masters Degree in Communication and Video Media Studies. He spent countless hours behind the camera and in the editing room, experimenting with different techniques and learning how to bring his creative visions to life on the screen.
While completing his studies, Juming decided to begin pursuing a career in independent filmmaking. He quickly learned that the road to success in the film industry is long and difficult, but he was determined to make a name for himself.
Juming successfully advocated for film incentives and tax exemptions to remain intact in the State of Florida. After the passing of the bill he received a certificate of recognition from a state rep
