Exclusive rights give you ownership of the beat and the beat will be immediately pulled off the market. You will
receive a download link via email to a zip file containing the Tracked Out . Wav files to beat, the 320KBPS
Untagged MP3 file. With exclusive rights you are allowed 5 master recording, and you may sell unlimited copies
of that recording. You may use the recordings for YouTube videos; mix tapes, albums, radio play and live performances
worldwide. Buyer must contact Isaiah Moss and inform Isaiah Moss of CD or digital download sales if the Original
Instrumental Composition is used for commercial purposes and its gross revenue exceed $10,000. A royalty rate of
3% will be due to seller from all sales and /or licensing income directly related to any and all songs recorded on
the beat. Buyer must agree payments due to Seller will be paid on a quarterly basis. (See contact or full details).
The recording may NOT be used for TV play without contacting MozezBeats. The use of the beat in isolation
(without synchronization of vocal performance) is not permitted. You must give written credit to MozezBeats.
Any Beats / Instrumentals containing samples are NOT cleared.
