Beat Vandalz is a collective of like minded individuals whose sole mission is the continuation and mastery of hip-hop. Their songs range from old school hip-hop tracks to club jams and everything in between, unwilling to limit themselves to any one specific style of hip-hop, incorporating all styles in order to attract as many hip-hop heads as possible to strengthen the movement. Born and raised in Kahnawake, the Beat Vandalz formed in 2010, the group consists of DesAKrate AKA “the Personal Trainer”, Will E. Skandalz AKA “the Conductor”, and Wyt Lyz AKA “the Prince of Lies”. Their debut song entitled 1990 dropped in the summer of 2010, to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the Oka crisis. Some of their follow up tracks include Back in the Day - a true story of two troubled youths that managed to turn things from bad to good. And Everything’s All Fine (summer anthem) - a feel good summer vibe told from the rez perspective.
The Vandalz have featured such artists as Orick Terry, Daybi, Bnuff, and Neechie.
Will E. Skandalz is a veteran in the game, from battling to performing. He handles the Beat Vandalz network, gaining attention worldwide through various websites. He is the comedian and hip-hop historian of the crew.
Wyt Lyz is an up and coming artist who is versatile in numerous flows and rhyme styles; he handles the literary aspect of the group, producing what ever documents may be required in order to disseminate Beat Vandalz information. He is the hopeless romantic and militant of the crew.
DesAKrate is the studio engineer who built the Beat Vandalz studio from the ground up, he is the facilitator and foundation of the crew. Along with Neechie (DesAKrate's right hand man), they are currently putting together all the production needed for the upcoming full length Beat Vandalz LP.
