Dominic Merrell, AKA Livewire, AKA Livejonez, was born in Newport News Virginia on the 13th of July 1981. While still young he moved out to Phoenix Arizona where he lived most of his life. Born in a household full of music, he has always had music running through his veins. When he was 12 years old he started rapping with his brother, along with local artist. His love for music transcended over to making beats by looping snippets of songs together, with a karaoke machine, to make full beats for people to rap over. Time went on and Livewire continued to gain more equipment and sharpen his skills, both as a rapper and a producer.
Today Livewire resides in Pearl City Hawaii after an enlistment in the US Army. Soon as he got out he grew his hair back out so he could display his own style once again. He is more equipped and his skill level has jumped tremendously. He commits himself to being a versatile emcee/producer at all times, producing and rapping over beats of all sorts and genres. Livewire has always expressed his love and passion for music by the way he spits his verses, to how dedicated he his with producing. Livewire is currently looking to be a professional producer/artist in the industry, but his main goal is to be a professional producer. Livewire linked up with artist O’ZOK, Bienenemy, and Mafae to form M.O.B.L Productions. Look for us.
