Hello my name is Tyree Tufts; I am a 28 year old Navy veteran turned entrepreneur. I am the owner of an entertainment management company, Talent, Entertainment and Management Group, also known as TEMG.
TEMG is a management group that specializes in managing an array of entertainment avenues, which include music artist from various genres (e.g. Rap, Country, R&B, etc.), commercial models, and most recently Mixed Martial Arts promoters. We assist with a number of services including, contract development and negotiation, promotion, bookings and event planning (e.g. MMA Showcasing’s).
I was first introduced to the world of music at a young age while growing up in the church, where I realized I had a talent for music. After I mastered a few chords on the piano, I began a jazz group called Essence. We did a few shows around the Cleveland area, but since we had no exposure we never made it big. Later I began working with various rap groups creating instrumentals for their albums. I composed for two years, and then I joined the service. While I was in the service, I decided to start an entertainment management company. After I got out of the service my interest began to grow in the newest sport, Mixed Martial Arts. I have worked as a team manager, individual fighter’s managers, and am now networking with promoters to throw events.
