Working with hurting people, especially young people, seems to be my call in life. My husband Garry and I opened our home to many foster kids over a 14 year span. We served as youth pastors and held a Community Youth Support in our home for about 10 years. I eventually went back to college and ended up working for 10 years for the State of Texas as a Chaplain (TYC) to incarcerated young men ages 13-21. We currently co-pastor the Christian Gathering Church in Valley View, Tx. After 38 years of marriage, we have three daughters - Joda, Morgan & Melissa and 7 awesome grandchildren. We have many who look to us as spiritual parents. My second CD is dedicated to the Generational Blessings we have experienced and are passing on. Singing and songwriting is a big part of our family heritage. It seems like everyone in our family sings. My mother, Connie Perry is a part of the music group 1-A Chord that host the television program - Texas Country Gospel. It was not until I left my chaplaincy job did I decide to record the songs I have been writing over the years. Each song has a story and message behind it. You are invited to come and visit my website PamelaWiebe.com and to learn more about my music, videos and my ministry vision. May God bless you as you are a blessing to others.
