Scott is a former fulltime touring performer, and now primarily a singer/songwriter from North Dakota now living in Minneapolis MN. With a catalog available for artists looking for material to record as well as the willingness to write for a specific project.
When performing Scott has made appearances as an opening act or backup player with National Stars: The Bellamy Brothers, Charlie Pride, Ray Price, Charlie Daniels Band, Lynyrd Skyrnyrd, Montgomery Gentry, Blake Shelton, Clint Black, Paul Revere & the Raiders, Grand Funk Railroad and others and made multiple appearances on the Main Stage of WE Fest Country Music Festival, Detroit Lakes MN as the lead singer of the Country/Southern Rock band Southern Uprising. Scott has also performed as part of the Beats Workin' Band, the Silver Marshall Band, White Water, and Nobody's Business.
Scott is a registered ASCAP Songwriter and Publisher and a Member of the Americana Music Association.
He has had music recorded by several other artists, won multiple songwriting contests including a Taxi Road Rally contest, and had music featured on several other outlets.
The title track of his self released cd "If You Knew Me" has received praise and play across the US, Canada and Europe.
