Hi Stephen ...
Even though we didn't have a lot of contact during the middle of our lives, I truly enjoyed Jerry's entertainment while we were at Sam Houston. And, then of course years later, when we got together at our Dons' Reunions and he played for us, I was in "hogs' heaven." He was definitely one of a kind. His talent was tremendous and he was always so "humble." Being a musician in my earlier years, I wish he and I could have gotten together and played as we got older. I'm really sorry that I wont be able to see him play again, but at least I have his music that can/will bring pure enjoyment to me. Thanks for everything, Stephen. I wish for you only the very best. I was blessed to have gotten to know your dad.
