Youngest of 3 this up and coming 17 year old singer from Oklahoma City, OK has been writing since he was in 5th grade, and has been dancing and singing since he was little. This talented artist proved himself winning at his high schools 2007 talent show. Delvin also recently won the “Find Your Friends” contest at Music Nation.Com in mid-July 07. This is a website started by a well known record label named Epic Records with such artists as Sean Kingston, Kat DeLuna, Jennifer Lopez, Young Berg, & Shakira. Music Nation is a website for unsigned artists to share there music and ultimately win a record deal with Epic Records. He has made his name known on that website from having a personal ad for a week on the sites page, to being featured a striking 14 times on the R&B/ Soul category since becoming a member in July 07.
This singer’s family is from Liberia and that is were all his heritage comes from. His parents moved to the U.S. in there twenty’s to go to college and decided to stay and start a family. Growing up Delvin’s father influenced him with music from Liberia and the states, with artist such as Bob Marley, Sade, & James Brown. This made a big impact on his music. Ever since Delvin was little he use to make his brother watch his concerts and record songs on their cassette player, not knowing how much this would change his life. Now that he has grown up and taken it seriously, he wants to do music professionally and be a persistent, creative, & original entertainer,
