My usual price range is about $30.00 - $60.00 for non-exclusive(leasing) rights, and $100.00 and up for exclusive rights.
NOTE: Exclusive rights are for buyers that need an instrumental for radio and/or commercial release(albums, singles, etc). Exclusive rights guarantee the buyer that he/she is the only person to have rights to the instrumental. Leasing(non-exclusive) rights are for buyers that need an instrumental for a mixtape, personal recording, or other non-commercial releases. Instrumentals licensed non-exclusively can be licensed to more then one buyer.
