WELCOME TO......JALEBI Music…..when BOLLYWOOD meets MOTOWN! JALEBI is an idea whose time has come! What is that idea!? To create a blend of traditional and modern Indian music with soul, blues, gospel and modern musical technology to produce a different space and sound! Our debut CD "JALEBI Music" takes this marvelous idea and conducts your hearts and minds on an emotional ride through traditional Indian music, blues, gospel and soul all blended together so skillfully that one forgets that officially these two genres have absolutely nothing to do with each other! Nevertheless I try to let my voice carry the water from the well of R&B and lay it at the feet of traditional Indian mantras. I want my voice to lend credence and strength to each of the eight songs on our CD....and I think that it does. But naturally.....you can be the judge of that! Namaste,
