Music fan for life with a need to buy vinyl and CDs at regular intervals. Also a fan of hi-fi. That's proper stuff - separates, cables, mains purifiers and tons of wires. My portable stash is on 2 Sony HD Walkmans. I'm not an iPod fan.
Another Grey Day in England

Sunday morning and it's grey again. The wind has dropped and the clouds have closed in. It's a day for being indoors with my favourite music playing. It's quiet and a time for reflection - a Nick Drake day, if you will. I'm sorting out my old photographs, restoring the images from negatives and updating my website. (www.pixalphoto.co.uk) I might take a break later to watch the cricket.

Thought you might like to know, I retired from work today and am off to Sardinia soon to live with the lovely Maria Rita. I do hope all is well in your world.

I didn't realise you were 65 already. Good luck. I'll try to make myself a new life in the Med in the next year or so. See you out there sometime.
