Originally born in Eire (Republic of Ireland), our family immigrated to Australia in 1964 & we've lived here ever since. Have travelled around Europe (& returned to Eire a couple of times without alerting my 27 aunts & uncles - & their siblings!). After 23 years working in an office, I made a career move & for the last 8 years have worked as a Carer with Elderly &/or Disabled people - my Ma is over 80 years now, so I thought I'd better get experience to help her in her latter years!
