Everything Rock. Can't play or post anymore due to arthritis but there are songs here I still listen to and am proud of my song writing.
I'm happily married with 3 Adult children & 6 grandchildren. (so far)
I played guitar and/or bass in bands, with one exception being when the drummer from the best band I was ever in (the other 3 members were equal or better musicians than me which was awesome!) and I would switch instruments. I played as long as my fingers and body would allow me to, but I have aggressive Rheumatoid Arthritis and other painful, bothersome diseases and conditions that made it so I couldn't play on demand anymore.
Now? I do it all myself in my home studio I threw together, and in my own time, I play all instruments and belt out, best I can.......all vocals, when my body will allow it. Most of the time I can get "something" done in the studio, so.......My weak point is vocals. Almost 40 years of smoking is not good for the vocal chords.
I do my best. I'm slow but still working as my 53rd birthday will come and go all too soon. The day has to be tolerable for me to be able to play with my sometimes uncooperative hands, (and feet), but I usually get it done.........eventually!

Keeping it short as I can,(I have a bad habit of running off at the mouth) I MUST say some of the best musicians I've ever heard, I've heard right here on this website. I've heard guitarists right here, that rival EVH, Satriani, etc! People like "ToneZappa" (aka Bub Roberts), and "Bode," (two of my favorites, surely!) Please check 'em out if you haven't yet! Me? I rely on style because my fingers don't move very fast anymore. (a quote I stole that from David Gilmour of Pink Floyd) And he is one stylish player! That's about it I guess.

Hi Rick, Thanks for your recent visit and kind words..........(What can I say you are clearly a man of good taste !!!) I wish you luck in healing you know music can help don,t you. And yes that is a photo of me on "Fusion Session 4 x Solos" there is also a photo of a much younger ToneZappa on "Morning Noodles (Laptop Test)" 16 or 17 I think. I used to have hair down to my elbows (twice) and peacock blue hair once...........(they told me it would improve the band I was in at the time !!!) Thanks for all your support I really appreciate it. Cheers.............................................................-TZ-
