Happy 2009!! Hope it's a great one. -Tommy Steele
Another announcement: It looks like I'm up and running again on soundclick. Check out my latest track. ;-)
Hello to everyone. I have an announcement. I am moving from soundclick because I am not able to upload my music here due to technical difficulties. I've enjoyed my stay here, and thank soundclick for my past opportunities to share. Unfortunately, not of my own choosing, I can not continue here and I may be reached at songplanet.net under artist name "WWLaidback" in the blues genre: http://www.songplanet.net/cluster/members/3910/info.php I've opened with a new blues slide guitar number. I hope y'all can drop by.

Hi added a slide show featuring some of my guitars if you are interested pop by and have a look the lizard
Psychedelic Guitar Odessey has been added to the line-up. A mystery guitarist plays some sizzling hendrix-influenced lead on his stratocaster. I hope y'all enjoy it!
Laidback is back. I'm working on a slow blues tune in a mellower "laidback" kinda fashion. I'll keep y'all posted.

Hi - was in Dave's site and stumbled onto your page - you're great! Isn't SoundClick cool?? Peace and Joy :) Jacki Wheeler (lifetracks108)
Hello Clicksters I remixed "Hey Joe" so the lead guitar wasn't so "out in front." I hope y'all enjoy it.
Skully, I was just being honest -- you are a fine guitar player -- one of the best I've heard around here. You are also personable and friendly. I'm glad you could drop by. Bless you and Mrs. Skully. PS: You have excellent composition skills. Like yourself, I'm 5 years into my guitar renewal trek, but you are way ahead of me.

Well folks, I wondered about some "1" ratings so I did a reality, and I also checked with the site administrators. It looks lilke we have a "Lone Star Loser" among us. According to the moderator, he handed out more than 500 "1" ratings. Perhaps he slapped you with a few. I wouldn't be surprised if he has a few other alias accounts for that purpose as well. It's sad, really really sad, when people don't have the Lord in their life, and have such a poor self-image as a result. You can read about it here: http://board.soundclick.com/viewtopic.php?t=264112 I want to thank the moderators for doing some good detective work.
I added a demo from an amazing guitarist, Angelo Jannotti, from Orlando, Fl. and he shows us what the Carvin AE-185 can do. Pretty incredible.
Hello Sound-Clicksters, I changed the name of my lead guitar demo to "Circle of Fifths" on my band page, formerly known as "Hey Joe" by some of you. Too many low ratings under the "Hey Joe" label. Technically it really isn't that bad. I kind of liked it because it was different. I applied some licks from Guitar One Magazine, March 06, page 93, Rockin' the Blues: 35 essential licks. Thanks for the reviews even if they are bad ones.. Keep them coming.
Hey Dave. I've been waiting to hear an SH550. What kind of p/ups did you go with?
I modified the Rock Me AE-185 backing track with a low pass filter (it does the same thing as a tone knob). This took out a lot of the brass edge. I think it's good to go now as a backing track. I also posted a Rock Me Newport Korina version for a more classic 60s sound.
