This is very nice Carlo! It makes me remember that it has been a while since I featured the mandolin on one of my tracks. It sure adds something "folksy" and as David says kind of magic too. 
Great listen and nicely recorded and produced. It has your retro sound trademark, though this could be also made nowadays. For a film score for example. Great work!

Anyone who can play a mandolin effectively and as skilfully as you are doing here, deserves high praise in my book. I just can't play a mandolin as my fingers are just too fat. 
Anyway, I digress ... this is just the kind of instrumental that you do so well. You have a unique and recognisable 'sound'. A soundtrack suitable for those wandering, (but not lost) in, 'Middle-Earth. A tune to be played in the Elvish Forest of Lothlorien in Autumn perhaps.

creativity is the lifeblood to the evolution of song writing, dig this Carlo, great (and very cool) nuanced musical piece! I've been listening to Tubular Bells and Mike Oldfield over the break and this is quality of that type!

As always you are able to create a very special, unique sound. This one reminds me of the Moody Blues and early Pink FLoyd, but it is most of all a brilliant example of what come from your hand. Great and unique on all levels!
