I got here by surviving a lot of things most people never see. I’ve been through addiction, loss, rebuilding, and starting over more times than I can count. Music became the one place I could be honest raw, unfiltered, and myself.
I didn’t come up with a plan; I came up with experience. Every track is something I lived, learned from, or fought through. Ronsponsible is just the name for everything I’ve survived and everything I’m becoming.
I’m not perfect I’m growing. And the music is my proof.Have you performed in front of an audience?No, and I don’t plan to. I make music for therapy, for release, and because it gives me a way to escape and express myself. I enjoy creating in my own space that’s where the real honesty happens for me.
Your musical influences
I grew up in upstate New York as a 90s kid, completely obsessed with hip-hop from day one. Wu-Tang, Biggie all the gritty, grimy, raw New York underground stuff shaped the way I hear music. That era built my foundation.
Then I moved to the Caribbean and picked up reggae influences, that island rhythm and energy you can’t avoid. I also tap into EDM and anything that’s fun, emotional, or hits you in the chest.
I don’t box myself in if it makes me feel something, it becomes part of my sound.What equipment do you use?
I keep it old school. I write everything with a pad and a pen. No fancy setups just my thoughts, my words, and whatever beat I’m feeling. That’s how I stay honest and connected to the music.Anything else?
Yeah I’m not here for anybody but myself. This is my personal release, my therapy, my escape. I’m not chasing approval or criticism. If you like it, cool. If you don’t, that’s cool too. I make this because it helps me, and that’s all it needs to do.
