I extracted some sounds and samples from Call of Duty, and felt like using them in a song. I also had some ambient loops lying around that really induced imagery of a desolate landscape. I went online and downloaded a hardcore/metal loop, mashed all of it together, and voila! Schlachtfeld.
(For those of you who are confused, it means "battlefield" in German.)
