Acoustic Rock with a worldy feel

Val Davis is a singer/songwriter who since 2002 has been getting some notice. In 2002 he was a finalist at the SolarFest singer/songwriter competition. In 2003 his music was featured on National Pulic Radio (NPR) and his music is currently getting airplay at several college stations around the US including XPN in Philadelphia. Val and his family returned to Vermont in Dec 2003 where he does web design and internet broadcasting.

All the knowledge in the world has now been handed down and is firmly in the grasp of every 18 yr old in town and they are immortal.......for now.

I too was once like they are until I tried to touch the sun. Now all the miles and heat and light have made my colors run. There are no clear drawn lines except for the ones upon my face. Now I wake to find that time and I are in a dead heat in this race......and I'm not immortal anymore.
