Primarily known for his work under the ambient pop alias Blue Navy, Jake Dryzal rebrands his music under the pseudonym Great American Racer, a project inspired by the sounds of folk rock, heartland rock, and singer-songwriter music. The project's self-titled début is a concept album about the heroin and opioid epidemic that currently plagues Rust Belt communities across the United States.

In past I was a songwriter and vocalist of the well-known Internet goth metal project 'Angelika & Demons'. We released one album 'Easy Death' in 2009. I have a lot of different songs left, and I also wrote new songs. So I decided to come back to music and create a new solo project in the style of pop-rock.
