WELCOME EVERYBODY ! The Blues Byrds are the inevitable collaboration between one ocean and two humans. Michael Lyzenga and Andrea Cremona began recording long-distance in February of 2009 with their first song, Overseas. From West Virginia USA to Travo, Italy, many digits of code were passed back and forth through the ether-net until this song came about. Many more songs are in the works and will be added to our playlist very soon. We hope you enjoy the songs we've uploaded and stay in tune for more to come ! The Blues Byrds ITALY/USA

Story behind the song
... the story of this song ? well, the pure love for the blues between two friends "overseas"... this was the first song we recorded with the only intent being to see if we could do this long-distance recording thing. Well, it worked! So... we decided to keep on going and after 4 months we have now recorded over 25 songs and we will have our first cd ready for distribution sometime in the summer of '09. Andrea, Mike, and all of the Blues Byrds hope you enjoy our efforts and... stay in tune... for more to come!
