You should listen to my music; all the cool kids are doing it.
There's not too much to tell here. It's pretty much just me, my guitars, and a lot of caffeine

Story behind the song
This song was written as a final and bitter goodbye to the girlfriend. The issues that resulted in this song have since been reconciled, but the song had already been recorded by then, so there was no way in hell I was going to not use it.
Lyrics
When you awaken to find the walls of your sandcastle running in the tide as the waters begin to rise, Remember. And when the tortured lamentations of your lonely soul are all that keep you sane, Remember. Remember that the life of true freedom is the life lived alone, and unloved. And remember that the lone wolf dies bitter cold and alone, So free. But above all remember that we were happy once. So when you've fucked your fill of the world and found freedom empty indeed, Remember, Remember, At least you're free.
